Account Executive


Chase Media Group, a multimedia advertising company in the Hudson Valley, is seeking an Account Executive to work in our Yorktown Heights facility. Leverage your creativity in partnering with customers to create custom print and online marketing solutions. Success in this role could set you up to pursue a variety of career paths in our organization. To be successful, you must:

  1. Exhibit a high performance background in sales, whether for one year of five years with concentration in the automobile industry
  2. Exude passion and high energy and thrive in a fast-paced environment in which change is a constant
  3. Demonstrate an ability to learn quickly with solid follow-through skills, pay attention to detail and have a customer service approach when interacting with both clients and internal contacts.

Digital Advertising Administrator


Chase Media Group has a unique opportunity for a Digital Advertising Administrator to set up and aid in the management of all digital advertising campaigns. Specific duties include but not limited to:

  • Enter and test Mobile/Search engine Marketing campaigns
  • Generate weekly and ad hoc reports on campaign performance and accounting
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and make suggestions/changes accordingly
  • Report on campaign analytics
  • Provide professional customer service to sales team and advertisers
  • Strategize on future projects and evaluate new systems

Requirements:

  • A working knowledge and experience with multiple 3rd party systems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, team-based environment
  • Understanding of mobile and search engine marketing advertising solutions
  • Spectacular organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Great communication skills and initiative
  • College Degree required
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, MS Office, Excel, Blackberry Smartphone etc.

Executive Assistant


Chase Media Group is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to work in our Yorktown Heights office on a part-time basis (30 hours per week). Requirements include:

  • Polished professional appearance and demeanor
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including MS Word with a significant requirement in Excel is required. 
  • Ability to multi-task, reporting to three individuals including the President. 
  • Excellent phone manner as well as customer service skills with a sense of confidentiality concerning all aspects of responsibilities. 
  • Facility management experience a plus. 
  • As executive assistant reporting to the President of the company, some attendance to personal needs would be required. 
  • Purchasing  responsibilities for office supplies
  • Attend all meetings as required; record minutes, transcribe and distribute as directed

Graphic Artist


Chase Media Group is seeking a qualified Graphic Artist to work in our Creative Services Department, supporting all business units and offering the following:

  • Excellent internal customer service skills with a professional, polite and upbeat attitude
  • Produce layout, designs and mechanicals as required
  • Support pre-press
  • Work on all business unit projects including ads, flyers, posters, folders, logos, menus and marketing/sales materials
  • Detail oriented producing accurate high-quality work
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-driven team environment
  • Must have knowledge of various digital file formats and their applications including CTR, PDF, EPS, TIFF, JPEG, AI, GIF, PICT, DOC, PPT, XLS
  • Must work will in MAC OS, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat and Pitstop
  • Recent versions of Multi-ad Creator, Quark and Dreamweaver a plus
  • Web experience helpful

  • This is a unique digital, mobile, texting, search engine advertising sales position that targets and develops new and existing accounts.

  • This Account Executive will work closely with internal sales personnel to create opportunities for cross platform for print publication and digital advertising.

Sales Manager


Yorktown Pennysaver Corporation, a division of Chase Media Group, is seeking a Sales Manager to direct the training, development and deployment of Sales Account Executives in several counties within the Hudson Valley.

  • Candidate must have at least 5 years of management experience in print advertising, digital sales and business development, having led a sales team to success. 
  • This hire will build an effective team that works cooperatively for the good of the whole, enabling them to assess the marketplace for products and services that better meet the advertising and promotional needs of our customers.
  • This hire will collaborate to help craft a model of training for his sales group, conducting necessary classes to inform and educate the group to grow a customer service ethic that positions an attitude of growing customer loyalty, a quality view of CMG products, its people and approach.
